We’re looking for a hands-on, technically strong Plant Operations Leader to take ownership of a manufacturing facility and drive meaningful operational transformation.
This is not a “keep it running” role — it’s a build, stabilize, and elevate opportunity for someone who thrives in high-impact environments.
What You’ll Own:
- Full accountability for site operations, including production, maintenance, and asset reliability
- Leadership of daily plant performance with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Collaboration across supply chain, quality, and technical teams to optimize output and resolve issues
- Execution of capital and continuous improvement initiatives to support growth
- Development of plant personnel and strengthening of training programs
- Budget management, cost control, and operational reporting to senior leadership
What You’ll Tackle:
This facility is in a rebuild phase — requiring strong leadership to improve:
- Operational reliability
- Workforce stability and engagement
- Training systems and process discipline
What You Need
- Proven experience leading operations in a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong technical foundation (ability to speak credibly to processes and equipment)
- Track record of driving performance improvement in challenging environments
- A leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and leading from the front
