Ambs Chemical Search LLC

Manage all aspects of operations and maintenance for a chemical production facility in the D/FW Area. The site is functioning well and is seeking a proven leader who can drive further improvements. Reports to a Site Manager. This role requires chemical plant or closely related manufacturing experience.

• Manage the operations of production, and maintenance (12 direct, 80 total reports)
• Monitor and control the operating costs/budgets.
• Responsible for product quality and managing customer complaints.
• Monitors all capital and non-capital projects
• Lead and develop staff
• Establish common goals and unify the focus of the groups
• Formulate and standardize procedures and performance standards
• Oversee and monitor personnel training.
• Serve as the link between the site and sales personnel.
• Advocate for EHS and quality and EHS improvement projects
