Senior Project Manager – Chemical Capital Projects
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale capital projects within the chemical (and related) industries, from early engineering through full EPC/EPCM execution. This role is accountable for project safety, cost, schedule, and contractual performance and serves as the primary client interface throughout delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver major chemical capital projects in alignment with safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
- Develop and execute project plans in compliance with company standards and client requirements
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including internal staff and external partners
- Manage project risk, change control, and performance forecasting
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource needs
- Participate in project reviews and capture lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in engineering, construction, or project execution
- 8+ years managing EPC/EPCM projects in the chemical or process industries (including EPC, refining, and related industries)
- PE license preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with standard project and business software
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
