Opportunity to work with a growing chemical company with specialty products that go into a variety of industries. They have a focus on building up their reliability program. This site is undergoing expansions over the next 2 years to add new product lines. The company has a strong track record of stability. You will have ownership of the reliability program and will report to a Corporate Director of Reliability. The plants have a great safety record and have a very low level of toxic materials.
- Improve the performance of rotating and fixed equipment. 70-80% rotating focus typical.
- Implement and manage Pred/Preventative Maintenance for fixed and rotating equipment.
- Troubleshoot and conduct RCFA.
- Manage vibration analysis, infrared and ultrasonic testing programs.
- Drive reliability improvements across two chemical plant sites.
- Evaluate integrity and FFS and build repair or replace plans.
- Manage the Bad Actor list and the Equipment Replacement Plan.
- Use reliability analytics to analyze trends and build models.
BS ME and 4+ years of chemical plant or refinery experience
