Senior Reliability Engineer
Pasadena/La Porte/Deer Park, TX Area
Opportunity to work with a growing chemical company that is building up their reliability program. The plants are in great shape with an excellent safety record. This site is undergoing 3 expansions in the next 2 years to add new product lines. This company is very stable. You will have ownership of the reliability program at two chemical plants and will report to a Corporate Director of Reliability. The plants have a great safety record and have a very low level of toxic materials.
- Improve the performance of rotating and fixed equipment.
- Troubleshoot and conduct RCFA.
- Manage vibration analysis, infrared and ultrasonic testing programs.
- Drive reliability improvements across two chemical plant sites.
- Implement and manage Pred/Preventative Maintenance for fixed and rotating equipment.
- Evaluate integrity and FFS and build repair or replace plans.
- Manage the Bad Actor list and the Equipment Replacement Plan.
- Use reliability analytics to analyze trends and build models.
BS ME or CHE and 5+ years of chemical plant or refinery experience
