Reliability Engineer
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and develop long range reliability improvement plans
- Manage inspections and repairs of site equipment including tanks, piping, relief valves and pressure relief systems
- Manage the process safety program and drive for continuous improvement.
- Direct risk assessment and PSM initiatives such as PHA, MOC, LOPA.
- Serve as a leader or facilitator of root cause failure analysis studies and incident investigations.
- Provide training to plant personnel regarding PSM/MI
- Initiate and manage equipment projects related to mechanical integrity
- Oversee equipment inspections and inspection plans
- Develop your knowledge and ability to apply API codes
BS ME or BS CHE and a minimum of 3 years of chemical plant or refining or closely related manufacturing type experience dealing with mechanical equipment. 2 years of experience with strong co-op or a master's degree in engineering will be considered.
