Provide reliability engineering support to a chemical plant and mentor younger engineers. This role will be focused on rotating equipment reliability. Serve or become the subject matter expert on RCFA, RCM, FMEA and drive improvements to the site. Manage and improve the Pred/Prev Maintenance program. You will have ample opportunity to shape and mod programs as they are finalized and implemented. Site can use help on their recip compressors with troubleshooting and re-evaluation of PM’s and improving the condition monitoring plan. Build the Bad Actor list (recips are at the top currently!) and pursue improvements. This site has a maintenance engineer who is focused on day-to-day items so this more senior role can focus on reliability efforts.
