Are you the go-to person for organizing chaos, keeping equipment running smoothly, and making sure maintenance work gets done right the first time? We’re looking for a Maintenance Planner to help drive reliability, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Be the hub between Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance.
- Plan & schedule work for pumps, compressors, turbines, piping systems, electrical/instrumentation, and more.
- Lead coordination for shutdowns, outages, turnarounds, and preventive maintenance.
- Build clear, detailed work packages that set the team up for success.
- Keep SAP/CMMS data accurate, up-to-date, and useful.
- Track KPIs, streamline workflows, and champion continuous improvement.
- Help troubleshoot and define repair scopes to keep equipment reliable.
What You Bring
- Experience in maintenance or planning within an industrial setting.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural repair practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with SAP or another CMMS is a big plus.
- A passion for safety and driving reliability forward.
