We’re looking for an Operational Excellence (OPEX) Manager to join our client.
What You’ll Do
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, reliability, and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and sustain continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with EPA, DOT, and CG (Coast Guard) regulations while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Analyze operational processes, establish best practices, and implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Mentor and guide team members, championing a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or operations leadership within a refinery or chemical plant environment.
- In-depth knowledge of EPA, DOT, and CG regulations.
- Strong track record in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and drive results.
