Polymer Chemicals Sales Specialist

Our client is a leader in polymer chemicals with a strong manufacturing base. They are looking to add a new team member to help expand the business. They are an international company with a core business in areas such as polyolefins, vinyl polymers, synthetic rubber, and elastomers.
9/80 schedule, enhanced 401k, and solid profit sharing.
- Drive revenue growth across your portfolio
- Resolve problems and develop strong relationships
- Develop new business opportunities and develop strategic growth plans
- Manage core customer relationships in a portfolio of medium and large accounts
- Leverage your knowledge and understanding of polymer chemicals and markets
- Lead customer meetings and negotiate commercial terms
Core criteria
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
- 5+ years of sales experience with chemicals is required, experience in chemicals such as polyolefins, synthetic rubbers, vinyl polymers and thermoplastic elastomers is ideal
- Ability to interact well with technical professionals and executive-level contacts
