Opportunity to work with a growing chemical company that makes products that go into a variety of industries. They are building up their reliability program and this is a newly created role to focus on that objective. You will have ownership of the reliability program over rotating and fixed equipment and you will report to a Corporate Director of Reliability. The plant has a great safety record and have a low level of toxic materials. This site is undergoing expansions over the next 2 years to add new product lines and the company has a strong track record of stability.
- Improve the performance of rotating equipment and fixed equipment. 70-80% of the focus of this role will be on rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors and gear boxes. Implement and manage Pred/Preventative Maintenance for fixed and rotating equipment.
- Troubleshoot and conduct RCFA.
- Manage vibration analysis, infrared and ultrasonic testing programs.
- Drive reliability improvements across two chemical plant sites.
- Evaluate integrity and FFS and build repair or replace plans.
- Manage the Bad Actor list and the Equipment Replacement Plan.
- Use reliability analytics to analyze trends and build models.
BS ME and 3+ years of chemical plant or refinery experience
