Key Account Manager
D/FW Area
Manage key accounts in the chemical industry and pulp/paper industry with contracts up to 10 million dollars. You will typically interact with VP’s and Directors of Procurement. Travel will vary from 15-20% up to 50% at peak times. Work from the office when not traveling to interact with the commercial teams. Must be willing to live in the D/FW area.
Key Priorities:
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts with the 5-10 biggest accounts
- Develop business sales strategies
- Generate volume and profitability on medium to large accounts
- Develop new business
- Utilize a knowledge of chemistry, chemical reactions, polymerization, adhesives, and coatings
