Instrument Electrical Engineer

Provide instrument and electrical engineering support to a chemical plant. This site is busy making upgrades and improvements to its DCS and related systems, as well as to its electrical infrastructure. They are seeking an EE with a background in instrumentation, electrical, and control systems who can manage capital projects and provide plant support.

• Manage instrumentation and electrical projects from start to finish
• Lead capital projects, including basic engineering, detailed design, execution, and commissioning.
• Support maintenance with DCS upgrades and SIS/DCS testing.
• Troubleshoot instrument and electrical equipment
• Experience with DCS and SIS is preferred.
• Oversee contractors and also be able to provide hands‑on execution
• Build strong relationships within maintenance and outside engineering vendors

9/80 schedule with a strong profit share. BS EE and 4 or more years of chemical plant or refinery or closely related experience in a manufacturing environment.
