Conflict is inevitable; how you handle it makes the difference. What have you done to proactively prevent it and how have you dealt with it?
How do you get "buy in" on your ideas from upper management and also from the guys out in the unit? Can you sell up and sell down?
What projects/programs have you been responsible for and how did you "exceed expectations"?
Are you waiting to be told, or does your workplace behavior show a "bias for action"?
Big Picture Thinking:
Do you understand how problems and issues effect other departments? Can you think outside of your department? Outside of your plant?
