Reliability Engineer
Opportunity to work with a growing chemical company that is building up their reliability program. You will have ownership of the reliability programs and will report to a Corporate Director of Reliability rather than a Site Maintenance Manager. This role is not part of the daily maintenance organization.
- Improve the performance of rotating equipment (80%) and fixed equipment (20%).
- Troubleshoot and conduct RCFA.
- Manage vibration analysis, infrared and ultrasonic testing programs.
- Drive reliability improvements across two chemical plant sites.
- Implement and manage Pred/Preventative Maintenance for rotating equipment.
- Evaluate integrity and FFS and build repair or replace plans.
- Manage the Bad Actor list and the Equipment Replacement Plan.
- Use reliability analytics to analyze trends and build models.
BS ME 4+ years of chemical plant experience with a focus on rotating equipment
