Texas and Louisiana continue to create a variety of job opportunities across all disciplines. Hiring is still driven by expansions and new plants being built and increasingly by retirements. We continue to see jobs that favor more experienced engineers rather than junior level engineers. As senior engineers retire, companies typically desire to replace their skills with a more experienced hire. We look forward to a strong finish to the year as there are many open jobs to be filled.
