Operations Engineer opportunity in a chemical plant in the Baton Rouge Area. You will drive process improvements and increase asset utilization and take ownership of one of the two production units at the site. Monitor daily plant performance and provide guidance for operations teams. Conduct root cause investigations and troubleshoot failures to build corrective action ideas and improvement projects. Build cross functional teams to solve problems and implement process improvements. Reports to the Operations Manager.
