Conflict is inevitable; how you handle it makes the difference. What have you done to proactively prevent it and how have you dealt with it?
Influencing Skills:
How do you get “buy in” on your ideas from upper management and also from the guys out in the unit? Can you sell up and sell down?
Leadership:
What projects/programs have you been responsible for and how did you “exceed expectations”?
Initiative:
Are you waiting to be told, or does your workplace behavior show a “bias for action”?
Big Picture Thinking:
Do you understand how problems and issues effect other departments? Can you think outside of your department? Outside of your plant?
