Reliability Engineering Consultant #1589
Location: West Houston, TX
Salary: 100-180k base plus profit share incentives.
Our client is well niched international consulting firm that provides total asset integrity and reliability solutions to refining and oil/gas production sites. They are currently expanding in the strategic business area of creating reliability and maintenance excellence programs for new and existing clients. Our client has a well-established expertise in mechanical integrity and has become known for their comprehensive asset management strategy encompassing all aspects of production and reliability. They are currently building, developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance and reliability programs that are complementary to their overall asset management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Creating and Developing maintenance/reliability processes and procedures for specific manufacturing and production sites which could include: rotating equipment , fixed equipment and overall mechanical integrity.
- Provide engineering and/or technology related solutions to site equipment reliability and integrity issues.
- Provide clients with a fully populated CMMS.
- Ability to deliver and implement Reliability/Maintenance programs according to their unique needs of the client.
- These roles generally require 30 – 50% travel with most of this travel being international to places like China, Australia, Trinidad, Argentina, Africa, Alaska.
Requirements
- BS ME or similar engineering degree required and 5 or more years of appropriate experience in Reliability, Maintenance in the Petrochemical, Refining or Oil and Gas industries.
- Must have experience developing and implementing reliability and maintenance procedures for manufacturing or production sites. Should have established skills in fixed equipment OR rotating equipment used in these sites.
- Mechanical Integrity, Risk Management and Process Safety related experience is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel 20 – 50 % of the time. There will be international travel on most positions. The client also offers some work from home flexibility.
