Production Superintendent #1080 and #1082
Location: Chemical Plant in Baton Rouge area
Salary: 110 – 130k
Our client is an international company with a modern and well integrated chemical facility in the Baton Rouge, LA area. They are seeking a Production Superintendent who has management experience running chemical production assets. The Superintendent will, manage process engineers and production engineers who are in turn over – the hourly production personnel and process technicians. This company is still investing money to expand their US operations and has a reputation for high product quality in their industry. Additional Duties: develop and assign special projects to subordinates to upgrade and maintain asset performance; conduct safety reviews and participate in safety audits; review operating budgets and control plant costs within budgets; prepare daily yield report, coordinate unit maintenance and maintain accurate production records for plant archives.
